Walking Route; Pensford Loop, Bristol

Pensford is a lovely area to walk round, with plenty of footpaths to choose from. This walk is a pretty route through open fields, and following the river in parts. Some of the fields are arable, but there may be a few holding cattle and sheep. There are also a couple of short stretches along roads. If you wanted to extend this route, there are plenty of footpaths around - though most of them do have cattle in which is largely why we avoided them. You can also walk into Lords Woods and do a loop round there and come back to this route. We parked at Pensford Village Hall which is free and has a fairly big car park.
