This is a lovely walk through fields and along the river in Chew Magna. We park on Chew Lane, you can pull up right next to the footpath along the road. On one side you will see a footpath sign directing you through a crop field (the route you will take) and on the other side a footpath heading towards a large estate. There aren’t any stiles on this route, but you may be walking through a few fields with cattle in (though they seem fairly used to walkers and their dogosaurs). All in all this is a beautiful walk, with a few points for your aquatic dogosaur to be able to take a dip if they are hot, or just fancy a swim! The walk is 2.3 miles long.
