For this one, you can park on Whitecross Road (nearest postcode BS40 6AH), there is a small lay-by right next to the footpath entrance, or parking further along the road. This is a proper cross country route and you may not even see anyone whilst you’re out walking. A few fields do have cattle, and please be aware some of the footpaths around here have been closed off so be vigilant if taking your own path other than the one shown. Parts of this walk are really lovely, and when we walked there were loads of bluebells along the slightly more wooded section.
